PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is due before we can begin work on your project. The remaining amount is due no later than 30 days after the project has been approved and delivered.
Once payment is made in full, the client retains all rights to the final master and its content.
RATES
Rates based on 10 hour day. Gear strike must take place within a 10 hour day to avoid overtime charges. Crew call time is minimum 1 hour before roll time.
A half day is 0-5 hours from crew call time to the completion of wrap. A full day is 5-10 hours from crew call time to the completion of wrap. (Multiple half days cannot be combined)
Rates are subject to change without notice.
OVERTIME
Overtime is billed at time and a half for the first four hours, then double time for 5 hours and beyond.
Overtime is billed at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate beyond 10 hours. Time begins at the crew call time and ends at the completion of wrap. For shoots outside of Suffolk County, start time begins when leaving the County and ends when returning to the County.
INSURANCE
Production and liability insurance of $2mm are included.
TRAVEL
Mileage will be billed at 55.5 cents per mile (or current IRS mileage rate) per crew member for vehicle travel beyond Suffolk county, Massachusetts.
Travel days within the continental US are billed at 50% for both crew and equipment. Days qualifying as travel days must be either the first and/or last day of a shoot, and may not begin earlier than 3 p.m. on the day before the first production day. Travel time per day may not exceed 5 hours. Travel days between production days on extended shoots, travel days beginning earlier than 3 p.m. on the day before the first production day, and travel days over 5 hours in length are billed at full day rate. Travel time on the same day as production, either before or after working production hours, are counted as regular work hours; regular crew overtime rates will apply for hours after 10.
Not included are all transportation, customary tipping, hotel or car rental costs outside the Greater Boston Area.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation with 48 hours or less notice will be charged 50% of the quote. Cancellation with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 100% of the quote
