Media Delivery Guidelines

Once you have gathered all of your materials in the formats outlined in our Media Submission Guidelines you may submit them to us utilizing the following methods. They are listed in order of preference.

ONLINE DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Online delivery is our preferred method for receiving files from you. Not only will it save time, but also shipping and media costs! Please give your files nice descriptive names and archive all of your files into a single .zip (preferably with a nice directory structure) before sending them to us.

SendSpace

Go to SendSpace.com and upload a zip of your files to [email protected]. This is probably the fastest and easiest way for you to get your files to us, and is the method we most prefer. Please ensure your files are appropriately labeled and segregated through folders so we understand what they are and where they should go. A .txt file with additional information is never a bad idea.

DropBox

Upload your files directly to our DropBox account, utilizing the form below!

[wp-dropbox]

If you are uploading more than 1 file, please archive them into a .zip file.

Email

If your total files are 25MB or less you can .zip them and shoot an email over to us at: [email protected]

FTP

Our FTP server is accessible via FTP and SFTP. Get a Free FTP client at filezilla-project.org

Please create a folder with your COMPANY-NAME and upload your files to that folder. Once files are uploaded please shoot an email over to [email protected] to let us know you’ve uploaded your files.

OFFLINE DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Please use offline delivery as a last resort. After all, we’re in the business of bringing people online!
